Dr. Chetna Ugale is working as Assistant Professor in Botany at Indira Mahavidyalaya Kalamb and known for her enthusiastic and innovative teaching methods. She has completed her M.Sc. M.Phil. from the Department of Botany Rashtra Sant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University Nagpur and Ph.D. in Botany from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. During her research, she has learned the green way of living which is the best way to maintain sustainability. Dr. Chetna Ugale has worked in the diverse institute of Maharashtra and from the last three years, she is working as an Assistant Professor in Botany at Indira Mahavidyalaya Kalamb affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. The teaching profession provides her opportunities to connect with young and energetic minds and she builds a strong relationship by utilizing different technological modes and innovative teaching approaches. This site of Dr. Cetna Ugale is all about learning Botany and sustainability to lead and learn sustainable living. A green way of learning is its self to describe the sustainable learning of day to day life and living life. It covers all the areas in a sustainable and Eco-friendly way.

Dr. Chetna Ugale has presented More than 15 research papers in International and national conferences and attended 22 seminars, conferences, workshops, and symposia across India. She has received 5 Best Paper Presentation Award in various National and International conferences including Best paper award by prestigious Indian Botanical Society, Bareli. Dr. Chetna Ugale awarded Dr. T. G. Kawalkar Research Scholarship during her doctoral study. She has edited one book on “Emergent Trends in Science and Technology” with ISBN no. 978-93-86047-37-3 and others are in progress. Dr. Chetna Ugale is also a life member of the Indian Botanical Society (IBS), Bareli, and Indian Aerobiological Society (IAS), Kolkata. She has been completed FDP and orientation program organized by IIT Bombay and Academic Staff College Amravati. Dr. Chetna Ugale is also a SWAYAM mentor at Indira Mahavidyalaya Kalamb and she develops an e-content for teaching. She also runs a YouTube channel. Time to time, you’ll see her attempts of the greenway, of learning things.
